We’re looking for a confident, experienced Sales Manager / Closer to join our remote-first team and help real estate investors adopt the CRM that powers their business growth.

If you’ve sold SaaS to real estate investors, wholesalers, or real estate professionals — you’ll feel right at home in this role.

The Role

  • Sell SaaS solutions directly to real estate investors, wholesalers, and related professionals — understanding their pain points and tailoring our product to their workflows

  • Full-cycle SaaS sales (from lead to close, average is 1 week)

    • Lead Gen – working inbound leads.

    • Qualifying – determining if they’re a good fit.

    • Running Discovery Calls & Demosdeliver compelling demos tailored to prospect’s needs.

    • Objection Handling & Nurturing – moving deals forward, staying persistent.

    • Closing – getting verbal commitment and signed contracts/payment.

    • Account Handoff / Onboarding – passing new customers smoothly to success/support teams.

  • Contribute to sales process optimization

    • Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates – track pipeline metrics and suggest improvements at each stage.

    • Assist in sales enablement – help shape scripts, objection-handling guides, and demo frameworks.

    • Support customer-facing materials – collaborate on refining pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and marketing collateral that help close deals.

  • Earn competitive commissions with no cap

  • Work remotely

  • Must be available to work during US Eastern business hours

Who We’re Looking For

  • You’re a proven closer with 3–5+ years in SaaS sales

  • You’ve sold CRM or automation software (HighLevel experience = big plus)

  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by real estate investors and wholesalers, with the ability to translate those into compelling product value (this is a STRONG plus)

  • You can communicate clearly in English and hold persuasive conversations

  • Proven experience not just in closing SaaS deals, but in improving sales processes and pipeline effectiveness

  • Ability to provide feedback on what prospects need to see/hear in order to convert.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

  • You’re motivated, resilient, and love turning “I’ll think about it” into a yes

  • You're able to be productive working remotely full-time

Compensation & Benefits
