8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan. Any legal proceedings arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in US (General).

9. Additional Provisions

No Waiver: The failure of Open Dispo to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Open Dispo regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
